Our history
In 2016, we launched as a different consulting firm specializing in helping group homes and human services organizations navigate licensing, compliance, and operational readiness. With a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and community-based care, we quickly became a trusted name in the space, especially among providers who needed structure, not just paperwork.
But as we grew, something kept happening.
We kept hearing from people who tried to “do it alone” or hired someone else first, only to come back more confused, misinformed, or empty-handed.
Some were denied licensure. Others had to start over. Many had been given templates with no context or strategy. Most were just exhausted and ready to finally get it right.
And that’s exactly what we helped them do.
